We are a Silicon Valley tech startup looking for motivated individuals for a remote Customer Support Agent position. As the world's leading website plugin library, we support users on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, and Weebly. We’re looking for a full-time agent that is interested in growing with the company!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle all inbound and some outbound client communications through support tickets

- Prioritize and effectively troubleshoot customer issues with a sense of urgency

- Become knowledgeable on all items surrounding POWr billing, POWr plugins, and their place in each of our supported website building partners

Applicant Requirements:

- Available to work 10AM - 6PM Pacific Standard Time zone schedule, 5 days a week.

- Experience with supporting customers using Zendesk, Help Scout, or another help desk.

- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

- Device Requirement: Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet

- Previous experience building websites with Shopify and Wix preferred.
