Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries about employee issues and HR policies/procedures
  • Job description creation and sorting for all employees
  • Pay Analysis and payroll management
  • Conduct HR-related training including New Hire Orientation
  • Implement, develop and maintain all HR records, policies and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and local laws by constantly monitoring and implementing applicable HR and employment updates
  • Work with management on employee development and performance review process
  • Develop and maintain policies and communications, including employee handbook
  • Oversee and process visa and green card documents to ensure compliance with employment and immigration policies
  • Keep track of billing due dates for various vendors and contractors and ensure timely payments processed
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Manage admin portals for keeping track of employee 401k withholdings, medical and dental enrollments and deductions
  • Overseeing and administer company benefits (health/dental, 401(k), Financial advising)
  • Prepare P&Ls
  • Managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition needs (sourcing, posting, screening, scheduling interviews/travel, on-boarding and off-boarding)
  • * Office management: manage rent & billing of third party services, work orders, office supplies, food services, room reservations, desk rentals and office tours

Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to execute tasks with discretion
  • Global & Cultural Awareness
  • Self starting and motivated. The CEO and CTO will often rely on you to execute tasks in their absence, so the ability to stay one step ahead of every task is important
  • Proactive/hardworking with an eagerness to learn in an adaptive and friendly team environment
  • Must understand the legalities of business law in relation to HR and employee employment rights and how to apply them within your day-to-day work, company policy documentation and staff welfare
  • Basic experience using Slack, Skype, G Suite, Jira, Gusto, Bill.com, Expensify, Ease Central, LastPass, Box
  • Nice to have understanding of AXA, TASC, Breezy HR, Easy Work Order
